We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. We do not currently accept exchanges.

Returns take place by mail within 14 days after receiving your item. The receiving day is controlled by the parcel tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. After receiving the goods, we will check the product and if there are no problems, we will refund the full price of the goods and shipping costs paid at the time of order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*The Super Summer Sale (SSS) Products & Super Winter sale (SWS) products are not refundable.

Customers in Europe

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at  info@midaundici.com telling the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will issue an return invoice for the goods and you can send them back to the following address:
