Refund policy

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. We do not currently accept exchanges.

Returns take place by mail within 14 days after receiving your item. The receiving day is controlled by the parcel tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging printed our brand logo. Kindly verify that the product name indicated on the barcode of the original packaging bag is identical to the product name shown on the hang tag.

If the returned product is in a condition that cannot be resold or the barcode and hangtag does not match the returned product, unfortunately, the refund amount will be 80% less than the original price.

Please return the product only after agreeing that these criteria are determined by our inspection team. After receiving the goods, we will check the product and if there are no problems, we will refund the price of the goods and shipping costs in the same way the customer paid at the time of order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in the 1st day of next month. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return label costs €3. Restocking fee is 5% of the item value.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@midaundici.com telling the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will issue a link you can generate the return label.
